Tanggung Jawab
- Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans for ETL processes including data extraction, transformation, and loading phases
- Validate data integrity, accuracy, and completeness across source and target systems using SQL and data profiling tools
- Collaborate with ETL developers to identify root causes of data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
- Document test cases, defects, and detailed reports using JIRA and other project management tools
- Perform regression testing on data pipelines to ensure ongoing reliability after system changes
- Develop automated testing scripts for repetitive validation tasks using tools like Selenium or Python
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for testing methodologies and quality assurance processes
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards and industry best practices for data quality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ETL testing or data validation roles
- Proficiency in SQL with ability to write complex queries for data comparison and analysis
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or DataStage
- Familiarity with testing methodologies including black-box, white-box, and data-driven testing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for identifying data anomalies
- Experience with defect tracking systems and test management tools (JIRA, TestRail)
