Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end scheduling of EUC fulfillment tasks across multiple stakeholder groups
- Liaise with Technical Consultants, Imaging, Logistics, and Technician teams for seamless task alignment
- Monitor and update real-time scheduling systems to ensure service level agreement compliance
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency
- Prepare and distribute daily/weekly fulfillment reports for leadership review
- Act as primary communication point for scheduling updates and operational escalations
- Maintain accurate documentation of fulfillment processes and compliance records
Kualifikasi
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to interface with technical teams
- Minimum 2 years' experience in IT logistics, asset management, or fulfillment coordination
- Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of EUC (End User Computing) deployment processes and IT asset lifecycle
- Certificate in IT Service Management or related field preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams across global time zones
