In this role, you'll troubleshoot complex technical issues, deploy software solutions, and ensure seamless desktop operations for our diverse workforce. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first and second-level support for end-user computing devices including laptops, desktops, and peripherals
  • Deploy, configure, and manage software applications and operating systems (Windows/macOS)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues to minimize downtime
  • Manage virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and related endpoint technologies
  • Document all support activities, incidents, and resolutions in IT service management systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security policies and compliance measures
  • Train end-users on new technologies and IT best practices

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in enterprise desktop support or EUC administration
  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems
  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint management tools (SCCM/Intune)
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with customer service orientation
  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Admin) preferred
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
