Tanggung Jawab
- Actively promote and sell EV models to prospective customers through showrooms and outreach programs.
- Provide comprehensive product demonstrations, focusing on charging solutions, battery technology, and EV performance.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding electric vehicle industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Conduct professional test drives while ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer service.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead follow-up, quotation preparation, and vehicle handover procedures.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve branch targets and enhance brand visibility in the Kluang market.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any relevant field.
- Previous experience in automotive sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is highly advantageous.
- Possess a valid driving license (D) with a clean driving record.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Malay and English.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong interest in electric vehicles and sustainable technology.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work effectively within a team.
