We are seeking a motivated and customer-centric EV Car Sales Advisor to join our 3S dealership in Johor Jaya. In this role, you will guide customers through their journey to sustainable transportation, showcasing our premium GAC Motor electric vehicles. You will need to build lasting relationships, understand customer needs, and close sales with confidence. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and existing clients, ensuring a premium buying experience.
- Conduct professional test drives and product presentations for all GAC Motor EV models.
- Manage sales leads effectively and follow up consistently to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the dealership management system (DMS).
- Collaborate closely with the finance and technical service teams to facilitate smooth and efficient transactions.
- Stay updated on the latest EV market trends, competitor activities, and GAC Motor product specifications.
- Participate in daily sales briefings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive sales, preferably in the EV or hybrid sector.
- Valid driving license and possession of a reliable personal vehicle (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and highly energetic in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
- Diploma or Degree in any field, with a strong passion for the automotive industry.
