In this role, you will not just be selling cars; you will be acting as a consultant, educating clients on EV technology, charging infrastructure, and the long-term benefits of green energy. If you are a natural closer with a flair for building lasting relationships and a genuine interest in EV tech, we provide the platform for you to excel with high-commission potential.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify and develop leads through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
  • Conduct professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the unique features and technological advantages of our EV lineup.
  • Guide customers through the end-to-end sales process, including financing options, vehicle registration, and insurance.
  • Maintain a deep and up-to-date knowledge of competitor EV models, current market trends, and government EV incentives.
  • Follow up with prospective buyers to nurture leads and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate with the service and delivery departments to ensure a seamless vehicle handover experience.
  • Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in automotive sales or high-value consultative sales is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Malay, and/or Mandarin to effectively engage with a diverse clientele.
  • Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (Class D).
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to hit and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Tech-savvy with a keen interest in Electric Vehicles and sustainable technology.
  • Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and public holidays.
