Tanggung Jawab
- Actively promote and demonstrate EV vehicle features and benefits to prospective customers.
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge, including charging solutions and battery technology.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to test drive and closing.
- Maintain a professional showroom environment and assist with promotional activities.
- Follow up with leads and build long-term relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the Langkawi automotive sector.
- Coordinate with administrative teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent in any field; background in automotive or hospitality is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team.
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and handle client objections.
- Willingness to learn about electric vehicle technology and market sustainability.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by retail operations.
