Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct product presentations and demonstration drives to showcase the features and benefits of EV vehicles to potential customers.
- Identify and pursue sales leads, ensuring all targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding vehicle specifications, battery range, charging options, and financing packages.
- Assist customers with the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to vehicle handover and documentation.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive market trends, competitor activities, and product enhancements.
- Collaborate with the showroom team to maintain an inviting and professional sales environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Valid driving license (Class D) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Strong passion for the automotive industry, specifically Electric Vehicles (EVs) and new mobility trends.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
- Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and flexible working hours as required.
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
