Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in conducting comprehensive evaluation tests on electronic components, modules, and systems according to established procedures.
- Collect, record, and meticulously analyze test data, identifying trends, deviations, and potential issues.
- Support senior engineers in troubleshooting activities and performing root cause analysis for identified product failures or performance anomalies.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement activities and operational excellence projects to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Perform regular maintenance and calibration of test equipment, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and proper functioning.
- Prepare clear and concise evaluation reports, documenting test procedures, results, and findings for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with production, quality assurance, and R&D teams to facilitate the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related technical discipline.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing, test, or evaluation environment is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in using basic laboratory and test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and function generators.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and data interpretation.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of relaying technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with quality control principles, statistical process control (SPC), or 5S methodology is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
