Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate and timely delivery of parcels to designated addresses in Ampang and surrounding areas.
- Collect and verify package details, ensuring all items are accounted for during drop-offs.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and communicating effectively.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols while operating the vehicle.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Handle cash or digital payments accurately and report discrepancies if any.
- Update delivery status on tracking systems and communicate delays to the dispatch team immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian Driving License (Class D or higher).
- Must be physically fit and able to lift packages weighing up to 15kg.
- Basic computer literacy for handling delivery apps or tablets.
- Previous experience in courier or delivery roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work flexible evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate unfamiliar routes.
- Reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
