Tanggung Jawab
- Collect and sort packages from the warehouse ensuring accuracy and proper handling.
- Deliver parcels to designated addresses within the specified evening timeframe efficiently.
- Ensure all deliveries are made safely, maintaining the condition of both the vehicle and the cargo.
- Handle cash on delivery (COD) transactions accurately and record receipts.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding delivery status and any special instructions.
- Report any damaged, lost, or delayed items immediately to the logistics team.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety standards of the delivery vehicle at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Valid motorcycle or driving license (Category B).
- Reliable personal vehicle or access to a company bike.
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts.
- Good physical stamina to handle long hours on the road.
- Basic knowledge of the local geography in Negeri Sembilan.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and punctuality.
