Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver parcels and documents to designated customers in Rawang and surrounding areas in a timely and accurate manner.
- Verify addresses and ensure correct packages are handed over to recipients.
- Handle cash or digital payments for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders when necessary.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding delivery status and any delays.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and proper maintenance of the delivery van.
- Collect and return empty packaging materials or returns as per company protocols.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- A valid Malaysian driving license (Class D or E) is required.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or courier is preferred but not strictly mandatory.
- Good knowledge of the roads and traffic conditions in Selangor, specifically Rawang.
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts and weekends as required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physically fit and capable of handling packages of varying weights.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible work ethic.
