In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that parcels are delivered safely and on time during the evening hours. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner, strictly adhering to the designated evening route and schedule.
- Verify delivery addresses and inspect all parcels for damage before handing them over to the recipient.
- Collect payments or obtain necessary digital signatures upon successful delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams and customers regarding delivery status and any delays.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues, lost items, or delivery discrepancies immediately to the supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Valid professional driving license (PDL) and valid driving license for the vehicle type required.
- Valid fitness certificate (if applicable for motorbike delivery roles).
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with customers.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of the Kluang and Johor area is highly preferred.
