Tanggung Jawab
- Execute timely evening package deliveries across designated routes in Wangsa Maju and Kuala Lumpur
- Safely handle, load, and unload various types of cargo while maintaining security protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update tracking systems in real-time
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and address client inquiries
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes for efficiency while adhering to traffic regulations
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges and exceptions
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driving license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in courier or delivery services
- Strong knowledge of Kuala Lumpur road networks, especially Wangsa Maju area
- Ability to lift packages up to 15kg and operate in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency in mobile tracking applications and digital communication tools
- Proven reliability and punctuality in previous employment
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
