Tanggung Jawab
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, documents, and goods to designated locations within Kuala Lumpur
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all shipments
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure proper maintenance
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Handle special delivery requests and resolve delivery-related issues
- Adhere to traffic regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driving license with at least 2 years of driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
- Strong knowledge of Kuala Lumpur's road network and traffic patterns
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 25kg
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency in smartphone navigation apps
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
