Tanggung Jawab
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to designated locations within Kuala Lumpur during evening shifts.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes using GPS and navigation apps to ensure timely drop-offs.
- Load and unload packages carefully to prevent damage during transit.
- Collect payments, signatures, or proof of delivery as required by company protocols.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the delivery vehicle.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service when interacting with recipients.
- Report any delivery issues, accidents, or vehicle malfunctions to the dispatch supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driving license (e.g., B2, D, or E depending on vehicle type) with a clean driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of Kuala Lumpur roads, particularly the Taman OUG and surrounding areas.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver, courier, or similar role is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work evening shifts and weekends as required by the delivery schedule.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying packages of varying weights.
- Familiarity with smartphones and GPS navigation applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
