Tanggung Jawab
- Timely pickup and delivery of packages/documents within designated routes in Kuala Lumpur
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency and fuel conservation
- Provide professional customer service during delivery interactions
- Safely operate company vehicles following all traffic regulations
- Report delivery issues or delays promptly to the logistics coordinator
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driving license with clean record (minimum Class D)
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience in urban areas
- Strong time management and route planning abilities
- Physical ability to handle packages up to 15kg
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work evening shifts (typically 4 PM - 12 AM)
