Tanggung Jawab
- Execute timely and accurate evening deliveries to designated locations within Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas.
- Plan the most efficient routes using GPS and local knowledge to ensure prompt delivery schedules are met.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Obtain signatures and maintain accurate digital logs of all delivered and undelivered items.
- Provide friendly, professional, and helpful customer service when interacting with clients and recipients.
- Load, unload, and secure parcels properly to prevent damage during transit.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations while on duty.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driving license (e.g., B2 or D) with a clean driving record.
- Own a reliable motorcycle or vehicle suitable for parcel deliveries.
- Excellent geographical knowledge of Bukit Jalil and greater Kuala Lumpur road networks.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using navigation apps and digital delivery tracking systems.
- Good communication skills; proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred.
- Willingness and flexibility to work scheduled evening shifts.
