Tanggung Jawab
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers within designated time windows
- Plan optimal delivery routes using GPS and local knowledge to minimize transit time
- Verify package integrity and documentation before and after deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and update tracking systems in real-time
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to traffic regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Report delivery issues, delays, or customer feedback promptly to supervisors
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of delivery or driving experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Subang Jaya and surrounding areas
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and communication apps
- Good physical condition for handling packages up to 15kg
- Reliable transportation to and from designated depot
- Flexible availability for evening shifts (typically 5 PM - 11 PM)
