Tanggung Jawab
- Timely delivery of packages and documents to designated locations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update tracking systems
- Ensure secure handling of goods during transit
- Coordinate with dispatch team for optimized route planning
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report issues
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to traffic regulations and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driving license (Class D or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year delivery or driving experience
- Familiarity with Nibong Tebal and Penang road networks
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently during evening shifts
- Basic communication proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Physically capable of handling packages up to 15kg
