We are looking for a reliable, punctual, and self-motivated individual to handle evening delivery duties across Kuala Langat and the surrounding Selangor areas. This part-time role is ideal for students, gig workers, or anyone seeking flexible evening work without compromising daytime commitments.
As an Evening Delivery associate, you will be responsible for securely transporting parcels, important documents, and IT equipment to our clients after standard business hours. Your role directly contributes to our reputation for timely, professional service. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute timely and accurate deliveries of packages, documents, and IT equipment to designated client locations during the evening shift.
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure maximum productivity and on-time performance.
- Verify item accuracy and obtain proof of delivery (signatures or photos) for every transaction.
- Maintain consistent communication with the dispatch team to provide status updates and report any issues or delays.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the delivery vehicle to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service during handovers, representing Iplanner Global positively.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety guidelines to protect yourself, the cargo, and the public.
- Sort and organise outgoing deliveries at the depot before departure to streamline the process.
Kualifikasi
- Valid driving license (B2 or D class) and ownership of a well-maintained vehicle (car or motorcycle).
- Prior experience in delivery, courier, or logistics roles is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent knowledge of Kuala Langat and Selangor road networks and traffic patterns.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong timeâmanagement skills.
- Comfortable using smartphone apps for navigation and proofâofâdelivery documentation.
- Physical ability to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 20 kg repeatedly.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and/or Malay.
- Flexibility to work weekday evenings (e.g., 6:00 PM â 10:00 PM) with occasional weekend shifts.
