About the Role: As our Evening Delivery lead, you will be the linchpin of our night-time operations, orchestrating complex software releases, managing production deployments, and acting as the primary escalation point for critical incidents. You will work closely with international development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure zero-downtime deployments and rapid issue resolution, making a direct impact on our service reliability and client satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate all IT service deliveries and deployments during the evening shift (e.g., 3 PM – 12 AM MYT).
- Oversee the end-to-end release management process, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations through rigorous testing and validation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalation of technical issues, driving swift resolution and root cause analysis.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security postures, initiating corrective actions per SLA guidelines.
- Conduct post-release reviews and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives for the delivery pipeline.
- Collaborate effectively with global development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure release readiness and compliance.
- Generate comprehensive handover reports for the day shift team, ensuring full operational continuity and knowledge transfer.
- Maintain rigorous documentation of procedures, incident reports, and key delivery metrics to support audit and governance requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in IT Service Delivery, Release Management, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Demonstrated proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and containerization orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions rapidly under pressure.
- Solid understanding and practical application of ITIL-based service delivery frameworks (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
- Superior verbal and written communication skills in English, with proven ability to manage diverse global stakeholders.
- Unquestionable willingness and availability to commit to permanent evening shift hours as a core requirement.
- Relevant professional certifications (ITIL Foundation, PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator) are highly advantageous.
