Tanggung Jawab
- Timely and secure delivery of packages to residential and commercial addresses within Kajang, Bangi, and Serdang
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update tracking systems in real-time
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure proper loading/unloading of goods
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and handle inquiries professionally
- Adhere to traffic regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Optimize delivery routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption
- Coordinate with dispatch team for schedule adjustments and special delivery requests
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driving license (Class D or equivalent) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of delivery or driving experience in urban areas
- Strong knowledge of Kajang, Bangi, and Serdang road networks and landmarks
- Physical ability to handle packages up to 25kg and operate delivery vehicles
- Basic proficiency in mobile applications for delivery tracking and communication
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English for customer interactions
