Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for weddings, corporate events, and outside catering services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive networking and personalized consultations
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction
- Prepare compelling proposals, contracts, and detailed event specifications
- Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends
- Coordinate site visits and tastings to showcase Peach Garden's capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event/catering sales or hospitality management
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in event industry
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of event planning, catering operations, and F&B trends
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments in fast-paced environments
- Singaporean PR or Singaporean/SPass holder preferred
