Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end execution of events, ensuring adherence to client requirements and brand standards.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, catering, operations, and AV teams to ensure flawless event delivery.
  • Conduct site inspections and pre-event meetings to confirm all logistics, floor plans, and technical specifications are met.
  • Manage event budgets, billing, and final reporting in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Monitor event spaces during functions to proactively address guest needs and resolve issues in real-time.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients from the initial inquiry stage through to post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to upsell event enhancements and maximize revenue opportunities.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning, banquet operations, or hotel sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of working under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera or similar).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate event schedules.
  • Professional appearance and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
