Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end event logistics including venue selection, vendor management, and timeline execution
- Develop detailed operational plans and budgets for diverse event types
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements and deliver customized solutions
- Manage vendor contracts and negotiate favorable terms for services
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown processes
- Prepare post-event reports analyzing performance metrics and ROI
- Maintain inventory of event equipment and coordinate maintenance schedules
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on event operations experience
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Certification in event management (e.g., CMP, CMM) preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
