Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of event operations at designated venues.
- Coordinate with logistics and technical teams to ensure timely setup and dismantling of equipment.
- Supervise on-site staff, ensuring compliance with company safety standards and operational protocols.
- Troubleshoot real-time operational challenges to minimize disruptions during events.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure all event assets are well-maintained and accounted for.
- Liaise with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of services.
- Prepare post-event reports summarizing performance, incident logs, and operational feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or Diploma in Events Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in event operations, logistics, or field supervision.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams on the ground.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Good communication skills in English to interact with clients and staff effectively.
- Proficiency in basic scheduling or project management software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by event schedules.
