In this role, you will be the face of our brand, driving consumer engagement and executing impactful brand activations across the Jawa Timur region.

As our Event Promotor, you will play a pivotal role in increasing brand awareness and driving sales performance through strategic activation campaigns. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure every event is executed to the highest standard.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute on-site brand activations and promotional events in Surabaya and surrounding areas.
- Engage directly with consumers to educate them about our products and drive brand loyalty.
- Manage event equipment, promotional materials, and display setups to ensure a professional brand image.
- Gather consumer feedback and provide insightful reports to the marketing team regarding campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with local vendors and store managers to ensure seamless event operations.
- Drive sales conversions through persuasive communication and product demonstrations during activations.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all promotional activities and interactions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in brand activation, event promotion, or retail marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to event challenges.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by event schedules.
- Proficient in public speaking and delivering effective product presentations.
- High level of energy, confidence, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Relevant educational background in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is a plus.
