Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients across Singapore
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
- Build and maintain relationships with event planners, HR departments, and procurement managers
- Customize event packages to client needs while maximizing revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction
- Track sales performance against KPIs using CRM systems
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in events, entertainment, or hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with corporate clients
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Deep understanding of Singapore's corporate events landscape
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
