Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the event industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and event organizers
- Present and sell event packages and services to potential clients
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential growth areas
- Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor offerings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in events or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus
