In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle—from handling initial inquiries and conducting venue tours to closing contracts and coordinating with internal teams. We are looking for someone who excels in relationship management, possesses excellent communication skills, and is highly motivated to exceed sales targets. Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms promptly.
  • Conduct professional venue tours for prospective clients, highlighting the unique features of Queen Palace.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline from initial lead generation through to final contract closing.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and proposals tailored to client needs and budget requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, vendors, and partners.
  • Coordinate with the operations and banquet teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain an organized database of clients and track sales progress effectively.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma degree in Hospitality, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the wedding, hotel, or events industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
  • High level of personal grooming, professionalism, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by event schedules.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative software.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a high-pressure environment.
