Tanggung Jawab
- Engage proactively and enthusiastically with event attendees to promote various products and services.
- Clearly articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and effectively answer customer inquiries.
- Drive sales and consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collect valuable customer feedback and provide insights to the marketing team for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a professional, approachable, and enthusiastic demeanor at all times.
- Assist with event setup, display arrangements, and teardown as required.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using provided systems.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service roles, preferably in an event-based or direct sales setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A strong sales aptitude with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as per event schedules.
- Energetic, outgoing personality with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia.
