Tanggung Jawab
- Execute in-person product demonstrations and promotional activities at events
- Build rapport with customers to understand needs and recommend solutions
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets through effective upselling techniques
- Collect customer feedback and market insights for product improvement
- Collaborate with event teams to ensure seamless brand representation
- Maintain promotional inventory and materials according to brand standards
- Participate in training sessions to master product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- 1+ years in sales, promotions, or customer service preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive abilities and sales acumen
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Valid Malaysian work permit (if applicable)
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Positive attitude with high energy levels
