- Coordinate all aspects of banquet and event operations, including setup, execution, and breakdown
- Interact with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences
- Supervise event service staff to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Manage event timelines and ensure all activities proceed according to schedule
- Resolve any issues or concerns that arise during events promptly and professionally
- Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with other departments (catering, housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure seamless event execution
- Adhere to Marriott's quality standards and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in banquet or event management, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
