Elijah Royce Hotel & Residences Inc is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Events & Banquet Coordinator to join our growing team in Dasmarinas City. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that every event—from intimate weddings to large-scale corporate conferences—is executed with precision and flair.

You will work closely with our culinary, housekeeping, and front-office departments to deliver seamless guest experiences. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in transforming client visions into unforgettable moments, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for event clients, managing inquiries, site inspections, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure event spaces are set up according to client specifications and hotel standards.
  • Develop detailed banquet event orders (BEOs) and communicate requirements clearly to the kitchen and service staff.
  • Oversee the execution of events on the day, managing timelines and troubleshooting issues in real-time.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, billing, and post-event feedback to ensure continuous improvement in service quality.
  • Assist in upselling banquet packages, menu upgrades, and additional services to maximize revenue potential.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on event performance, including guest satisfaction scores and operational feedback.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in hotel banqueting, event planning, or similar hospitality roles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and diverse team members.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and standard office applications (MS Office, Google Workspace).
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as required by the nature of the events industry.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
