Tanggung Jawab
- Represent the company professionally during high-traffic events and roadshows.
- Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential clients to drive brand loyalty.
- Participate in daily team meetings to set goals and review performance metrics.
- Execute event setups and manage operational tasks to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve service standards.
- Support the senior management team in daily administrative and promotional duties.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'A' Levels or Diploma in any field.
- A positive, 'can-do' attitude with a hunger for learning and personal growth.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Strong interpersonal skills; you genuinely enjoy meeting and talking to new people.
- Self-motivated and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing event locations and schedules.
- No prior experience is required as full training will be provided to the right candidates.
- Singaporeans and PRs preferred.
