Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end logistics of event equipment, including transport, assembly, and breakdown.
- Ensure all technical gear (lighting, sound, AV) is functioning optimally and meets venue safety standards.
- Develop and manage detailed event run-of-shows and technical production schedules.
- Supervise on-site technical crews to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time during live events to ensure seamless operation.
- Maintain comprehensive inventory records and coordinate maintenance schedules for technical equipment.
- Liaise with external suppliers, venue managers, and clients to facilitate smooth event workflows.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to identify operational improvements and cost-saving efficiencies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Logistics, Production Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in event operations, technical production, or logistics management.
- Strong understanding of event-related technical equipment and stage safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholder expectations.
- Proficiency in project management tools and standard office software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on event requirements.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to perform effectively under high-pressure, live environments.
- Valid driverās license and willingness to travel to various event sites within the metro area.
