Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and following up on inbound leads.
- Conduct site inspections for prospective clients to showcase the hotel's event spaces and amenities.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, banquet event orders (BEOs), and sales contracts.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of client relationships and track sales pipeline activity within the CRM.
- Collaborate with the operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
- Conduct negotiations on rates and packages to maximize revenue while maintaining hotel profitability standards.
- Represent Elijah Royce Hotel & Residences at industry trade shows, local community events, and networking mixers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in hospitality sales, banquet sales, or event coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) or CRM software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required by client events.
- Strong understanding of local market trends in Cavite and the surrounding hospitality landscape.
