Lintech Duta Pratama is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Excavator Operator to join our growing team. We are looking for a skilled professional who is ready to be deployed across various project sites in East Java. If you hold a valid competency certificate and have a strong background in earthmoving operations, we want to hear from you. This is a full-time opportunity for a dedicated individual to contribute to our engineering and construction projects.
Tanggung Jawab
- Operate excavators and other heavy machinery to dig trenches, foundations, and holes according to blueprints.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure machinery is in optimal working condition.
- Follow all safety regulations and company protocols on site to prevent accidents.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Load and unload construction materials efficiently using heavy equipment.
- Document daily operations and report any machinery issues immediately to the maintenance team.
- Ensure site cleanliness and adherence to environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an Excavator Operator.
- Hold a valid competency certificate (Kemnaker/BNSP/Migas) relevant to heavy equipment operation.
- Minimum education level: SMA/SMK Sederajat (High School equivalent).
- Physically fit and capable of working in various weather conditions.
- Willing to be placed at project sites as needed (ready for site placement).
- Strong understanding of basic mechanics and machine safety standards.
- Valid SIM A (Driver's License) is preferred.
