Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Lead complex sales negotiations and close high-value contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities
- Track and analyze sales metrics to optimize performance strategies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales/account management experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with C-level executives
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or technology solutions preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strategic thinking with analytical problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
