Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, actively prospecting and generating leads to expand the client base.
  • Formulate and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape, informing effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements, ensuring maximum profitability while maintaining strong client rapport.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
