Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
- Conduct user research, create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers and project managers, to ensure technical feasibility of designs.
- Define and maintain the overall visual identity and user experience standards for all digital products.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
- Mentor junior designers and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices are followed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in UI/UX design, mobile app development, or a similar executive role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in mobile UI design and app development processes.
- Expert knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and mobile app frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear design instructions.
