Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or retail
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities and market awareness
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
