Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Founder/Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in daily operations by handling correspondence, drafting reports, and managing office logistics efficiently.
- Support sales activities by preparing presentations, updating CRM records, and tracking leads.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth operational flow for charter services.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports to assist in strategic decision-making.
- Manage confidential documents with the highest level of discretion and data protection.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant in a corporate or hospitality setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
- High level of organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Previous experience in the tourism or hospitality sector is highly desirable.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
