Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Quality department leadership
  • Manage executive calendars, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and distribute quality reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Coordinate quality improvement projects and ensure deadline compliance
  • Maintain accurate documentation for quality systems and audits
  • Act as primary liaison between Quality leadership and internal/external stakeholders
  • Assist in organizing quality meetings and documenting action items
  • Support quality compliance initiatives and regulatory documentation

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of executive assistant experience in manufacturing/automotive
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience with quality management systems (ISO, IATF 16949) advantageous
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
