- Manage end-to-end auto finance sales processes for Toyota vehicles in Kuching
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consultative sales approaches
- Present financial products and solutions to customers with clear explanations of terms/benefits
- Collaborate with dealership partners to drive finance application submissions
- Monitor sales performance against targets and implement improvement strategies
- Stay updated on industry regulations and financial product innovations
- Prepare monthly sales reports and performance analytics
