Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and coordinate executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
  • Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and distribute meeting summaries to ensure alignment across the organization.
  • Handle incoming communications, screening phone calls and emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate parties.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including venue booking, equipment setup, and preparing presentation materials.
  • Prepare and edit professional correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Track action items and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and manage time under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
