Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and financial advice to individual clients.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis and recommend suitable banking products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Drive sales targets by actively promoting deposits, loans, credit cards, and insurance products.
- Assist in organizing and participating in branch marketing activities and community events.
- Perform daily operational tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Stay updated on banking regulations, product knowledge, and market trends through continuous training.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
