Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding monthly targets for personal loans, credit cards, and investment products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis to recommend the most suitable banking products.
- Manage a daily walk-in client base, ensuring efficient service delivery and appointment scheduling.
- Upsell and cross-sell bank products to maximize revenue per customer.
- Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, compliance regulations, and KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and acquiring new business.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and banking software.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
