Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank customers to understand their financial needs
- Promote and cross-sell various banking products and services, including loans, credit cards, and investment products
- Achieve individual sales targets and performance metrics as set by the bank
- Conduct financial needs analysis and provide tailored solutions to customers
- Process customer transactions efficiently and ensure compliance with banking regulations
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the banking system
- Stay updated on the latest banking products, services, and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or banking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
- Good knowledge of banking products and financial services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in basic computer applications and banking systems
